During the first India-Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Ministerial Meeting for Strategic Dialogue, External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar declared the situation in Gaza as India's 'foremost concern,' underscoring the gravity of the humanitarian crisis unfolding in the region.
Jaishankar condemned acts of terrorism and hostage-taking, while also expressing profound sorrow over the loss of innocent civilian lives. He stressed that any response to the conflict must adhere to the principles of international humanitarian law.
