Bazaar Style Retail, the fashion brand backed by Rekha Jhunjhunwala, has finalized the allotment of its shares on Wednesday, September 4, 2024. The company's shares will be listed on the stock exchanges on Friday, September 6. Investors who bid for the IPO will receive messages, alerts, or emails by Thursday, September 5, informing them about the debit of their funds or any revocations.
To check the allotment status, investors can visit the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) website and navigate to the 'Status of Issue Application' section. Under the 'Issue Type', select 'Equity' and then choose 'Baazar Style Retail Limited' from the drop-down menu under 'Issue Name'. Enter your application number, PAN card ID, complete the captcha, and click on the search button. Alternatively, investors can also check the allotment status on the online portal of Link Intime India, the registrar to the issue.
Bazaar Style Retail, incorporated in June 2013, is a fashion retailer operating in Odisha, Bihar, Assam, Jharkhand, Andhra Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Tripura, and Chhattisgarh. The company offers apparel for men, women, boys, girls, and infants, along with general merchandise such as home furnishing products.
The IPO opened for bidding between August 30 and September 3, with a price band of ₹370-389 per share and a lot size of 38 shares. The IPO was oversubscribed 40.63 times on the last day of bidding, September 3. Bazaar Style Retail raised ₹834.68 crore through the IPO, which included a fresh share sale of ₹148 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of 1.76 crore shares. The grey market premium (GMP) was ₹65 per share at the time of allotment, but was around ₹85 when the issue had opened for bidding.
