Atishi claims that the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), a key political rival of the AAP, has been employing the CBI and Enforcement Directorate (ED) as tools to orchestrate a political vendetta against Delhi's Chief Minister, Arvind Kejriwal. This alleged scheme, according to Atishi, involves using these investigative agencies to tarnish Kejriwal's image and potentially derail his political ambitions.
The heart of Atishi's accusations lies in a recent affidavit submitted by the CBI to the Supreme Court.
